How We Work

Regardless of the service selected, our process at Time Preserved is tailored to your needs. Each relationship begins with an informal consultation, which is complimentary. There, we help you define your project’s scope, prepare a list of action items, and discuss budget and timeline.

Once the project agreement is approved, we assess a down payment and get started. From this point, things become quite individualized. Clients are interviewed, family documents, old snapshots and home movies are gathered, reviewed and scanned.

Then, all research work is organized into a working draft of the project, which you can edit and revise. Once changes are made, a final draft is prepared for your review. The requested copies are made and delivered.
